This policy explains how Kagaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Kagaz Trust") handles personal data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Your name and email; the subscriptions, renewal dates, cycles, margin notes and reminder choices you write in; and security logs. We do not collect card numbers, UPI IDs or PINs, banking credentials, SMS or contacts.
Only to keep your diary, send the reminders you switch on, answer your messages and protect the service. We rely on your consent at sign-up; you may withdraw it whenever you like.
Hosting and email vendors bound by contract, and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell data.
Ask to access, correct, complete or erase your data, nominate someone, or raise a grievance: privacy@kagaz.live. You can also go to the Data Protection Board of India.
Encrypted in transit and at rest; removed within 30 days after you delete your account. Kagaz is for adults (18+).
Kagaz Trust is a free digital diary for subscription dates you enter yourself. It is not a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator or financial adviser, and it cannot make, schedule or cancel any payment or mandate.
Free of charge. If that ever changes, nothing will be billed without clear notice and your express agreement.
People aged 18 and above who give accurate details.
Reminders follow the dates you write; providers can change theirs.
Offered "as is". To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for charges made by third parties.
Governed by Indian law; courts at Surat, Gujarat.
